Set consistent and regular bedtime. If you are not likely to get enough sleep, then sleep deficiency occurs which will be considered to be very bad for your health.

A general rule is to drink more water when you are thirsty. Pay more attention to your body and grab a drink. Your body knows when and how much it needs to drink water. We have to understand the mechanism of thirst.
